I have extensive experience as a Solutions Developer using C#, .NET and related technologies with a track record of designing and delivering error-free solutions. I am well respected for my capacity to break down complex requirements into individual components and deliver clean, maintainable software.

I have developed world-class solutions for my clients in the military, retail, and educational sectors and some examples of projects I have delivered include:

•* Developed one of Europe’s largest music download services, which was subsequently acquired, first by Microsoft, and then later by Nokia.

•* Developed an application to produce digital navigation data which led to a standardised solution which was shared by navies internationally and, 15 years later, is still used for marine navigational charts.

•* For Bristol University, delivered a streamlined solution (Arcadia) for managing the ALSPAC cohort study, which was showcased to universities across the world.

I am passionate about developing quality software solutions that can scale and evolve to meet changing business requirements. Testimony for my passion can be found in the longevity of the solutions I have delivered at Bristol University and the MOD. I currently work as an Independent Contractor and have been doing this since 1996.
