Elevator Maintenance Technician (Damascus, Syria):
- Conducted Maintenance rounds, malfunction/fault analysis and repairs, all the while minimising the disruption of people flow.
- Serviced +75 Lifts in both commercial and residential buildings, such as the Damascus Tower, Cham Palace and Al-Mousat University Hospital.
Business Development Assistant (Dubai, UAE):
3D Systems Middle East
- Generated 500+ leads from target segments, relevant to the industry, such as Jewellers, Model-Makers, Museums and Energy.
- Played a key top-to-bottom role in the sales funnel process. Initiated contact with prospects through cold-calling, identified their needs. Conducted client visits, demo prints (a demonstration of the product’s usefulness) and then, finally, the follow-up meetings.
- Co-Closed two deals printers valued at approximately AED 750,000. One powder-based printer was sold to a shoe manufacturer, for rapid prototyping purposes. Two plastic-based printers were sold to a major jeweller to create moulds for gold and silver casting.
- Successfully worked cross functionally in the company’s start-up atmosphere alongside five team members
