To whom it may concern,
I am looking for a new exciting opportunity where I can further develop the skills I have gained over the last 10 years’ working for a number of luxury brands with particular attention to fine jewellery.
My approach to work is flexible and positive. Building and maintaining rapport with returning clients to maximise all sale opportunities and exceed store and individual targets/KPI’s is very important.
I effectively prioritise tasks and engage with clients professionally addressing their individual needs, priding myself in the exceptional customer service I provide to every client. I take control of achieving targets set and strive to exceed these figures and expectation on a daily basis. Leading by example as well as being a real team player is something I have vast experienced in.
My ability to effectively multi-task is shown through my current role – my responsibilities include running the shop floor, visual merchandiser and completing operational back office duties.
I ensure I adhere to all relevant policies and procedures in the working environment and am able to learn and follow new procedures in a timely fashion.
