But strip out the AI and latest fad and what are you left with? The heart of any business is what it always has been: People - from your customers and suppliers to your staff and shareholders, people make your organisation tick.
What I love doing is two things.
1) Create value for you. Not in a superficial, short term sense but with real substance and a long term road map. Whether that's designing new propositions for your customers, tweaking existing ones or helping you have another look at your operating model.
2) Show me the data! At the end of the day, numbers don't lie. I love looking at the data and showing you the story of your business.
