I am a medical writer with over five years’ experience working with the pharmaceutical industry and medical communications agencies.

My work continuously require me to produce scientifically accurate and high-quality scientific materials for patients or healthcare professionals in a manner suitable to the target audience, I have gained a solid practical foundation on how an effective and precise scientific project can be carried out, from literature review to a more complex analysis of a specific medical question.

My previous experience as a medical doctor may provide me with the state-of-the-art knowledge in medicine and strong communication skills, given that role demanded me to be up-to-date with the latest advances in medicine as well as to communicate constantly with both patients and colleagues to ensure safe and timely transfers of care.

I held intern positions in several departments, including obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, accident and emergency, neurology, internal medicine, surgery, and paediatrics. My combined understanding of each of these fields has provided me with a knowledge of the human body as a whole and this is a valuable skill which I am able to use in my everyday work.

Furthermore, working as a researcher at Semmelweis University, my responsibilities exceeded medical matters, allowing me to acquire my skills in research and medical writing that I could also apply over the establishment and management of my own business as a freelance medical writer by producing presentation slides, abstracts, case studies, publications, website content, video scripts and marketing materials for various medical communications agencies and pharmaceutical companies.

I have also attended and reported on several congresses and built a network of contacts with healthcare professionals.
