Air New Zealand.
Managing the Digital Optimisation programme to achieve 90% year-on-year growth, as well as pioneering the experimentation culture across the Digital, Commercial , Operations and Marketing divisions. Worked extensively with Adobe, Google, Medallia & Optimizely platforms to bring this success to life.
- Increased the scale of the experimentation programme at Air New Zealand by 90% in terms of testing velocity, expanding to two new digital products and five new countries.
- Led the experimentation across Digital, generating £20m of incremental revenue, and guiding the Operations division on how best to serve disrupted customers.
- Created a reproducible accounting process for Commercial to estimate the Net Revenue impact of digital changes, even as small as adding five words of copy to a page

I was the Account Lead for Rockpool’s largest clients, including Sky, STA Travel and Aldi, with responsibility for managing those relationships as well as leading all of our Digital Strategy work across the agency.
My remit was to design digital concepts that met the client’s brief in terms of market positioning, and to act as the thought leader on a range of digital marketing disciplines within the agency.
- Concepted projects ranging from the launch of Sky Q, STA Travel’s mobile customer & customer loyalty strategies across six markets, Honda’s customer engagement strategy for Europe & Aldi’s digital strategy for in store engagement.
- Managed a studio team of twelve to bring the resulting digital products to market with a test and learn philosophy using GA data, user testing & AB testing.
