• During the last 5 years of my career, I was VP Commercial Development to set and implement revenue growth strategies with P&L responsibility. My job was to identify incremental revenue opportunities by finding new strategic partners, developing new commercial models, negotiating deals/contracts with key clients and overviewing negotiations conducted by the team.

• New clients/strategic partners, I introduced to the group and new commercial models I came up with represented almost half of the revenues. As a result, I managed to double annual revenues to over $100m in 5 years, by outperforming profit margin targets set by the management.

Our hub was the fastest growing, but also the most profitable in the company.
