I have taken on many different projects, some started by a predecessor, some that I managed from start to finish, and recently I took on a project that was failing and was able to turn it around.
I have a passion for getting the best out of people, while also making each working day as enjoyable and productive as possible. I believe that good communication is key, whether that’s getting the developers the information they need, keeping clients up to date with our progress, or sending a message to my team to tell them how appreciated they are.
My skills in project management cross Waterfall, Agile and Scrum. I have worked on design projects, marketing projects, App and website builds.
In order to communicate better with my team I undertook a course in Web Development to further my language skills. I am looking for a role which incorporates both my IT and project management experience, as this is where I specifically shine.
