I am an enthusiastic, London-based designer and multimedia professional from Portugal. I have developed a strong and varied portfolio ranging from digital and print design to animation and motion graphics and I am eager to work as part of a team to deliver a wide range of engaging digital content. I obtained a first class bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications with a specialisation in interactive design and have worked as a graphic designer both on a full time and freelance basis. I have worked on projects for organisations like the British Heart Foundation and rising startups like Yolt and Airsorted. My illustration and animation work was recently awarded a Children's BAFTA for my short film Origins. As I undertake a masters degree, I am looking for more part time and freelance opportunities where I can share my skills and carry out projects to the highest standard.

Origins
Origins is a short animated I film I co-directed for TrueTube, which was awarded a 2018 Children’s BAFTA in the Short Form category. The film imagines story of three young girls growing up in drastically different countries and cultures, mixing animation with live action. The animation was designed to reflect the young child's mind, and is at times child-like and playful, as well as somber and abstract. I was involved in conceptualising, storyboarding, designing and animating the film.
