Since I’m well versed in agile project management I use online project management systems, so you would be able to review the progress of your job. I like to ensure that a client is 100% happy with the work before I consider the task complete. I always design with the goal of the project in mind.

For UX I use Axure and http://********.*** and for UI I use Sketch and I have experience with material design. I also use and Zeplin for dev handover. I’m a businessman and have run my own e-commerce sites and also I’m an Amazon FBA seller. That said I like working on conversion optimization using Hotjar, Google Analytics, and remote user testing. Also experienced creating interactive prototypes using webflow, Axure, sketch, and invasion.

My standard approach (which can obviously vary from project to project):
1. Setup: assess user and business requirements, analyze project brief, competitive and quantitative analysis.
2. UX research: conduct focus groups & user interviews create personas and workflow diagrams.
3. UX Design: translate concepts and findings into sketches, user flows / user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
4. Validation: perform user testing and QA testing.
5. UI Design: design a clean and modern user interface based on industry trends and standards.
