I hold a Post Graduate Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a Diploma in Digital Marketing with DMI (Ireland).
I began my career in brand management with World’s leading skincare multinational Beiersdorf managing 2 global FMCG brands within the Middle East & North Africa region – Nivea Visage and Nivea for Men.
I moved into consumer healthcare in 2010 and helped launch Bassett’s Soft & Chewy Vitamins and Extend bar Diabetic Snack bar in my markets and more recently I was shaping the strategy and spearheading the growth for Clearblue Pregnancy Tests (Regulated Medical Device) within the Arabian Gulf.
Some of my successes leveraging ‘patient centric’ digital technology within healthcare have been;
• Launch of the 1st Patient Engagement Platform for Diabetes in the UAE (Decide).
• Led on the creation and development of a Mobile 1st Website and Digital Brand for Mosaic Medical Centre a primary healthcare clinic to provide a seamless patient journey and user experience.
• Partnered with key e-retailers like Amazon’s http://********.** in the Middle East and http://********.** to build the first Direct to consumer path to purchase of ‘fertility’ in the Middle East region with the launch of the ‘Clearblue branded store front’ online.
• Rolled out the 1st MOH approved Digitally led launch campaign for ‘Clearblue Plus’ to drive brand awareness on CB latest innovation in pregnancy testing leveraging rich media content and dynamic banners across IOS and Android to drive engagement (Views/Clicks).
• Led the project implementation of ‘Conversion rate optimisation’ for Bournhall IVF website and content optimisation with a focus on leveraging Google Search Console and Keyword analysis to curate quality content ultimately increasing visitor to site, dropping bounce rates and increase time on site.
I relocated to the UK in 2017 and after having settled, I took on a short term contract role with Pfizer, supporting the Global KAM Centre of Excellence team to deliver their best practice program online for 4 key regions (APAC, LATAM, EUROPE & AFME).
I am very passionate about healthcare marketing and found immensely rewarding working on brand and digital campaigns that have helped make a real difference in people’s lives.
By nature I am very driven and I thrive on delivering results that I am accountable for and this role would allow me that opportunity to drive influence, manage digitally disruptive marketing projects and work within a high performing environment.
