Due to my 8 years of coding background (starting as WP developer) and 4 years of UX, I'm able to work on a wide variety of projects.
As a UX designer, it’s essential to consider technical constraints at an early stage, because frameworks or system limitations can be a challenge when designing or re-designing user journeys. No journey starts without a map - clear requirements are essential. Data-driven designs and lean UX are equally important. Design must support functionality, and not the other way around.
My last contract was with Lloyds Banking Group as Lead Technical Consultant (UX developer).
My role was both technical and client facing, as I tested my prototypes with the clients. At Lloyds Banking Group, I improved usability and user journeys for one of their B2B trading platforms (HUB). I also created a data visualisation dashboard with Highcharts for the HUB.

For low and high fidelity wireframing I’m using Axure RP 8, Balsamiq and Sketch.
Best practice for me is always to map out requirements with a flow chart / static diagram / pen & paper in collaboration with stakeholders, then design low fidelity wireframes. The prototypes I developed for Lloyd’s are high fidelity and fully interactive, with form validation and various combinations of conditions for each state. I’m using repeaters to populate data in Axure. The reason for using Axure in this project, is for the developers to transfer form validation and functional logic to React framework.
At Edenred I worked 50/50 on cloud computing software solutions and open source products. I worked on projects from requirement elicitation to UX deliverable.
The variety of projects I worked on was everything from payment systems, Wordpress campaigns, A/B conversion testing with Google Analytics and data visualisation.
In order to automate Edenred's campaigns and PPC sites, I created a multi-site Wordpress installation and build sites with Visual Composer.
