I am a freelance production runner and filmmaker on the side. I recently took some time off from full time work to work on some creative projects as well as attempting to break the into the freelance world. My most recent creative venture was a music video for an up and coming singer/songwriter that I produced, directed and edited. I am now in the process of writing a short animated film.
In my last full time job I worked as a camera technician at a camera rental company in Camden. I prepared video and lighting equipment for corporate clients, including the BBC and ITV as well as independent Directors of Photography. I learned a lot about documentary camera and lighting equipment in my 11 months in this job.
Since then I have worked as a Production Assistant and Technical Assistant/Runner on a number of commercial and corporate shoots and as a Data Wrangler and Kit Supervisor on an upcoming BBC3 series.
