I am a high performing interim head of training, with a background in financial services, regulatory change, project management, service management, business analysis and transformation.
I recently specialised in defining strategy and training function set up for fintech start-ups focused on supporting financial institutions in digital transformation using data automation tools and products.
Prior to this, I had worked in large enterprise environments leading change initiatives implementing training solutions as part of global transformation programmes and projects.
I am experienced in all aspects of the training lifecycle from training team recruitment, training programme design and delivery, high performing behaviours and competencies’, certification, accreditation, evaluation and continuous improvement frameworks.
I also work as freelance trainer (most recently Agile for the RAF) and am a qualified behavioural coach and therapist focused on personal and organisational transformation.
