CRM Specialist for The Prince's Trust - So far I have revamped the customer journey for the Prince's
Trust Health and Social Care program. This included the addition of a number of key touchpoints for users including new campaigns to reduce churn and extend the lifetime value of their users. I now
provide monthly advice and support to ensure these programs match best practice, this includes
training the team and quality assuring all workflows in the system. The organisation uses Eloqua for their CRM marketing campaigns.
Previous Clients:
CRM Specialist at Depop - I worked on a number of projects during my time at Depop, these included
implementing policy comms to our users for new legislation rules, specifically age capture and notification + preference centre changes, and I delivered incentivising campaigns including affiliate
programs, weekly 'drops' and significant moments within the wider business calendar.
This role required extensive use of Braze as their CRM platform, and I send comms to customers through the use of Email, Push and in-app messaging.
CRM Manager US at UNiDAYS - Responsible for all CRM in the US and ANZ markets. Tasked with increasing conversions, engagements and setting up automated processes for key UX points in their
journey. I work with clients across industries including; Apple, Amazon, H&M and more, to deliver paid
packages, aswell as incentivise subscribers to engage with UNiDAY events and giveaways. Through
my work engagements have increased by 66%, conversion rate by +32% and Email and Push OTCTRs
uplifts of +60%. I built retargeting, re-engagement and dynamic content for personalised user journeys in order to automate their comms in the market.
CRM Specialist at Yopa - Responsible for building new campaigns and optimising the performance of existing journeys. We send through Salesforce and create templates in both Dreamweaver and Email
On Acid. I write all the copy for emails, SMS and Push messages across automations and BAU sends.

introducing testing into their daily process in order to gain better insights into their CRM performance.
We worked on Adobe Campaign, utilising Dreamweaver and Litmus when working on HTML templates.
