SYNDI HEALTH.
Syndi is a healthtech startup that has a complex stakeholder ecosystem, offering products to a range of user profiles and needs, such as vulnerable people struggling with their mental health and business owners who want to expose their products to users.
I have touched upon all of the products that serve as interface between Syndi and their users. As the solo UX lead, I have translated business goals into research plans, recruited participants and conducted research - qualitative, quantitative, moderated and unmoderated -, analysed the research findings and translated them into actionable items to present to the team. Based on that, I have designed user journey maps, experience maps, wireframes and ran collaborative design workshops with the team to identify opportunities and define priorities.
As the solo UI Designer, I have translated my UX outputs into clean and usable interfaces and prototypes foe both further testing and implementation. I have collaborated with developers for iteration of my designs and eventually a smooth handover to implementation.
All this time I've worked under a highly collaborative Agile framework, always striving to be the bridge between business goals and user needs.
