I am a Creative Marketing Consultant with over 11 years of industry experience, shaped by my varied background which supports my obsession for problem solving.
My approach is human-centric.
I find that the world of Marketing Consultancy has become cold. Excessively focused on “right” and “wrong”, following step-by-step processes of best practices found on “top ten tips” Wordpress blogs.
I want to know you, and your organisation. I want to gain a deep understanding of the challenges you're facing now, and the challenges you have overcome in the past. Most importantly… I want to understand your customer; what they need, what their struggles are, and what gets them out of bed in the mornings. By understanding the people we communicating with, we can create campaigns which connect to your customer in a way that keeps you on their minds for weeks to come.
After all, your business is trying to solve their problem. Let’s focus on that.
There is a place for algorithms, audience targeting, optimisation, and a range of marketing strategies - which I will of course bring to the table. I incorporate complex data analysis into everything I do. But your campaign must first start with a clear understanding of your audience, otherwise those clicks on your ads won't be generating the valuable interactions that your brand deserves; and we won’t be able to unravel the full story of what the data really means.
Numbers are nothing until we can connect them to the human insight. It keeps us on-brand, on-track and on the customer’s minds.
I thrive in variety and problem solving which makes me best suited to start-ups and small organisations who need an all-rounder, able to come with big ideas and strategies but unafraid to get hands-on creating and managing the execution of campaigns.
