For the last fourteen years, I have been freelancing as a creative, a director and/or producer for clients/brands, advertising agencies or production companies, producing national marketing campaigns, online branded content, TV and social media content. I am a trusted consultant, supplying creative ideas, scripting, producing, account management and directing for companies such as Media Brands, Greenrock TV and Cravens. Roles include generating creative concepts, pitching, writing scripts, finding locations, casting, research, storyboards, crewing, compliance, planning and overseeing post-production, through to scheduling and delivery.

Prior to that, I worked for Banana Split Productions, London, where I started in 2001 as production assistant. I soon became an invaluable & trusted member of the team and quickly rose through the ranks in a short space of time. My varied roles within the company gave me an extremely strong knowledge of all aspects of television and commercial production, which lead me to my last role heading up a team of 10 producers & 19 post production staff, whilst managing, writing, directing & producing jobs for clients such as BBC, Channel 4, Living, Five, Hit Entertainment and many more.

In 2009 I left Banana Split to have children and returned to the north-east. I am highly adaptable to change, full of ideas, love seeking out stories, coming up with concepts, writing scripts, directing and seeing the project through post production. I have also been clearing commercials for 20 years and I’m a massive team player and love working as part of a team.
