are working towards a phased launch of the Lions membership platform
scheduled for Spring. My focus for the back half of 21 will be to create
new digital experiences for Money2020 and explore new opportunities for WGCN.
In my short time there I've overseen the successful launch and design of
the *(Lions)Live platform which was conceived as a result of COVID and
the cancellation of the Festival. In addition I've overseen the beginning of replatforming the Money2020 site and launch of their live content
platform.
I run a design department charged with redesigning our internal design
ecosystem as well as working alongside the brand studio to deliver the new Lions brand though the website. Alongside the Product owners,
managers and project managers my team form part of the multi faceted
design service for all aspects of web and digital from UX and discovery through to user interface and design system lead work. I regularly work
alongside and present to key business stakeholders from MD's through to VP of marketing and other business leads as part of my role
throughout all of Ascentials brand products.

"For the first time in the history of Ascential Awards. The Jury unanimously
agreed that one project deserves accolades and recognition even beyond an
esteemed Gold Award. So this year, we decided to award a Grand Prix.
Ascential Businesses that have substantially relied on producing world class
physical events required a true product lifeline this year. The stakes were high and the delivery was short. But this teams' quick-witted thinking and tireless
dedication defied any suggestion of compromise. The team utilised the
customer-centric approach and produced a Gold Standard Live Digital Events
Platform in just 6 weeks time. The team also worked closely with brand
stakeholders, listened, learned and adapted in order to create an innovative
platform in service of 6 brands across 5 live events in 2020. Further the new
platform positions our brands at the forefront of Digital events in 2021 and beyond. Feedback from over one million global users was overwhelmingly
positive as was the impact on retention, lead generation, awareness and brand
credibility.

work. These characteristics of his have been very evident across all major
projects he's been across this year: from designing the LL platform from scratch to creating the master brand website from the ground up. At the time, he'd just joined the business and he had to deal with the most
complex and demanding set of stakeholders that changed views and
plans multiple times. Without mentioning the extremely tight timelines of
