I am a fully integrated Project Director/Programme Manager with twenty years experience across multiple brands and disciplines.
Over my career, I have produced a plethora of content; from a POS shelf wobbler to one of the most viral adverts of all time. I have worked on global brands, local brands, car brands, phone brands, drinks brands and online brands, delivering various scales of work and budgets. I’ve helped align agency processes, written them and broken them – I even helped to set up an agency.
I have a wealth of experience in managing large scale campaigns, and have always remained level-headed and logical when there are changes or last minute requests. I work in agile, waterfall and fluid styles – adapting to the task at hand, the client, the timeframe and the budget to make sure we produce the best work possible.
I go out of my way to ensure I have a presence on a project, and always insist on working collaboratively with creative teams, account teams and clients - assuring that the project is delivered efficiently, while preventing the ‘us and them’ conversations. This way, we all work towards the same goal, win the odd award, and have fun doing what we do!
I have managed Project Management departments, as well as the day-to-day running of creative and design departments – being the righthand man to Exec. Creative Directors and Operations Directors alike..
