Solving some of the world’s biggest challenges through relentless innovation at scale is a pursuit that I’ve already spent 12 years conquering. Evident in last venture that I founded, LVL Wellbeing, a platform that I scaled to support millions of members across 84 countries, to help them prioritize their wellbeing. This sheer scale and success in engagement was a result of real disruptive thinking and innovative business model design - which saw us grow with global partnerships with companies like CBRE, Cigna and Aon. The result was a 1,369% growth in valuation, with every OKR being surpassed to contribute to this success.

Delivering sustainable and innovative business strategies is a significant challenge, one that takes real human-centered design thinking, along with the ability to commercially analyse the viability of solutions, whilst mobilizing and managing a dynamic corporate partner - in order to ultimately achieve maximum impact and reach. The hybrid nature of my skills that come from being a Design Thinker, Product Leader and Serial Entrepreneur are key to the success in this role. This is critical to defining a vision, whilst effectively and efficiently being able to direct a team to success.

Enabling an organisation to think disruptively, whilst being able to prioritize the most important developments and initiatives based on impact, is one of the most exciting parts of this role. It’s a challenge that I’ve proven myself in through the work done with the Government of Dubai, where we successfully cultivated a forward looking innovation culture across government and nationally across citizens. Using lean and agile principles, 97 innovations were delivered in just over a year, putting Dubai on the map as a city of the future.

The extensive experience that I bring from across Asia, Africa and the Middle-East - which encompasses the next billion users - as well as working with cross-sector leadership from a number of Fortune 500 organisations, will allow me to drive impact, fast across multiple layers of any company.
