Duties- Organising and planning engineers to complete annual site inspections to keep our equipment to regulations set by the Government. Complete and input the data from the inspections into our inhouse systems to keep record. Ordering equipment and stock for my engineers, creating inhouse stock transfer tickets and Purchase Orders. Transference of stock to depots and customer sites. Liaise with customers daily, dealing with any issues or requests they have and dealing with them efficiently and to a high standard.

Regular meetings with them to make sure any issues are rectified and talk through challenges they are facing. Tool and Uniform distribution, processing orders, contacting stores for correct delivery address, checking stock and liaising with suppliers if any issues arise. Organise and plan our electrical engineer, book in inspections with customer, enter data from inspection form once it is completed. Organise technicians for new installations, ordering equipment to be built and distributed to customer sites. Liaising with customers through email and telephone.
