Firstly, I love my job! I combine skills as a professional actor and presenter with a background in academia and psychology to help businesses and individuals become they best that they can be. I create an engaging and creative atmosphere where people feel safe and free to enjoy themselves. This helps with maintaining the course/workshop/ session messages long term. I enjoy all aspects of coaching and facilitating, from 1:1 life coaching to large group presentations at major conferences. I also relish creating course content alongside the client. Strengths include working on communication and leadership skills using behavioural psychology tools and using actors to provide real life practice scenarios. I am equally at home working with Senior Leadership Teams as I am with operatives at the sharp end of a business. Being a Director of a family business (Webb Hotels) gives me corporate insight as a Board member where I assist with employee engagement programmes as well as business strategy etc. I think the best testament to the work I undertake is that I am consistently rehired as the trainer / coach of choice by clients. Giving 100% in terms of energy, passion and professionalism is essential for me.
