Originally starting as a Senior Project Manager managing high-profile projects of over 100k, I am now a in charge of
my own squad of people, managing (on top of projects) the full requirements of our team, I'm also in charge of the company's tool management, sales pipeline of my squad, capacity planning, and supporting ongoing changes within the Project Management discipline.
