I’m a UX/UI designer, wanderer, problem solver, thinker, rethinker.
In my previous background, I was dealing with managing people. During that time, I saw many times where people struggled using web pages that we use as internal software and I had to help my staff figuring out from that. I also saw my customers actually struggling with user interfaces of some of the products and that somehow got me thinking that I would like to become a problem solver to make the life of those people easier because I thought that the software they had to use wasn't good.
So I've shifted to UX and attended courses in General Assembly and also different LinkedIn and Udemy courses.
