Managed CRM Project: From coordinating the definition of the CRM project, and the supplier selection, through to project closure, I project managed the organisation's CRM project, which covered all income generating processes, implementing Salesforce NPSP.

• Defined/refined processes for 3 other revenue-generating teams, who moved to the new system.
• Aligned processes for the 4 teams, so that Family Action had the right foundation to build additional CRM capacity.
