Synopsis: International Expenses Compliance Analyst and Reviewer
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
My Primary Responsibility as a Compliance Analyst is to ensure all operations of a company are in
alignment with the policies and regulations that are in place. The normally focus on the examination and evaluation of processes, it also involved the design and management of programs to bring operations up to code if problems are discovered.
Primary responsibility
Area of Concern: To check if the employees claim the expenses in adherence with the policies of Nutanix
The stages in expenses Review, Approval and Re-imbursement can be broadly classified into 3 heads:
1. Approval and reviewing of the expenses as per the global travel policy of Nutanix.
2. Generation of Approved Report
3. Reimbursement of Payments approved
Additional responsibility
Area of Concern: Verification of changes of vendor details in Oracle NetSuite that involves Verifying
new vendor and vendor changes data in Net suite.
1. Applied mathematical abilities on daily basis to calculate and check figures in all areas of accounting systems.
2. Assessed data and information to verify entry, calculation, and billing code accuracy.
3. Reached out to vendors and customers to verify information and follow up on client issues.
4. Applied proper codes to invoices, files, and receipts to keep records organized and easily
searchable.
