I review priorities, deadlines and the brief inbox for all Global Requests and personally project manage around 100 active briefs at any given time. Ensuring all information is provided I move the brief through all stages, lead brief kick off meetings and confirm correct sign offs at all milestones. I closely support the Head of Project Management with process priorities and systems, being heavily involved in the set-up and roll out of an all-in-one workspace within my first month, later becoming the company (600+ employee) go-to for team set-up and training. Although we are all currently fully remote, I have still remained proactive and observant to ensure I spot any potential issues and find solutions or escalate accordingly.

Managing the Studio team consisting of 20 designers, developers, strategists and freelancers, I plan and structure projects and resource with autonomy, making sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time. I use commercial thinking to support Client Services with timing estimations, delivery of deadlines and project profitability, while improving efficiencies of team members within the studio. I source freelancers ensuring right fit, manage the financials and maintain the relationships long term. Internal relationships and building trust on all levels are a key to success in this role, as I bridge the gap between the internal Crafters and Client Services team setting the client expectations, all while keeping the Board updated with top-level reports and commercials. I determine what needs to happen when and how the deliverables will be achieved. Whether it is a 2pp direct mail or a year long digital website project, ensuring I know the top-level status of all active projects, ensures we hit each milestone on time and within budget. I am tech-savy and review processes and systems that can have a positive impact on the project management and collaboration of the team. My eye for detail is extremely useful for quality checking any copy, design or development that has been created within the studio. Finally, I manage the monthly forecasting documents, working closely with the Finance Director to create forecast spreadsheets and end of month finance reports for Client Services to ensure correct invoicing of all marketing projects.
