I was hired to build the creative department for Peppermint PR, growing the team to 10 people over the course of my employment and I was an integral part of the senior management team from the beginning.
My role was to design, manage projects, create pitch documents and creatively direct the team, which became more of the role as the department grew.
I also orchestrated and directed the rebrand amalgamating Peppermint into Peppermint Soda and changing the agency from PR and Creative divisions into a full service agency, delivering PR, marketing, advertising, branding, packaging, social media, video and analytics.
As well a graphic design, my role became more about strategy and creative concepts for full campaigns.
We worked across many different sectors including Food and Beverage, Retail, Professional Services, Construction & Property.
