Ricky is a multi disciplined creative, designer and visualiser. Ricky’s passion for experience has seen him develop unique and entertaining brand activations that deliver high impact launch campaigns that provide long-running PR programmes. Coming from an ‘editorial first’ mindset his work looks to produce campaigns that deliver earned media coverage, as well as sparking conversations on social and ultimately driving behaviour change.

He has over 15 years experience in both ATL and BTL agencies having won multiple industry awards! Ricky has worked in a wide variety of sectors including Culture & Media, Technology, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Travel and Sport.

Ricky is the cofounder of Real Roots which has hosted events in the UK over 10 years, with a social reach of 100K across multiple platforms, with regular performances at festivals including Outlook, Soundwave, Boomtown, Bestival and Standon Calling. He also hand built and runs a traditional Roots Reggae Sound System, of which he performs on throughout the UK and Europe.
