After a successful career in both HR & Employee Relations, I opened my own boutique management consulting company in 2008. In March 2005, I joined one of the top legal expenses insurance companies in South Africa as an Employee Relations (ER) practitioner responsible for an organization with 650 employees. After being promoted to HR Manager, I assumed responsibility for the entire HR function for the organization, including talent acquisition, personnel administration, payroll, benefits administration and reporting, organizational development, HR business partners, performance management, collective bargaining with the 2 trade unions, employee relations and litigation and exit management.
