I have been working in the marketing and communications world for 20 years and have found that regardless of my job at the time, my true skill is client relationship management.
I’ve been part of cultural transformation projects, change management, brand redesigns, restructures, global live events and enduring sponsorship campaigns to name but a few. I’ve nurtured strategic relationships throughout and am proud to have gathered up a few friends along the way.
Throughout my career, I’ve delivered employee experience and marketing projects (from ‘both sides of the fence’) and I am now bringing those two worlds together. I believe that to create real competitive advantage, a business must take care of the EX to improve the CX - and vice versa.
My goal now is to work with like-minded organisations who are passionate about focussing on the experience of their clients and employees – to improve their worlds.
I bring with me my considerable haul of corporate and creative experience – dealing with business transformations, rebrands, cultural overhauls, sponsorship, live events, CRM, internal communication strategies, D&I initiatives, marketing, business restructures and one or two training initiatives as well.
