We are using the strangler pattern to replace the sales process platform (SPP) enabling small incremental deliveries focusing on
business value using Cost of Delay to drive prioritisation decisions on what to release and when.
Balancing the removal of the technical debt and deliver business value at the same time is key to success of the product.
As part of Covid-19, I've leaded the response to change by creating a desktop and Mobile App to modify customer contract, they
can increase the term or change the method of payment.
We are replacing the legacy product catalogue (core application consumed by multiple products in the bank) by using new
patterns and latest technology to improve the speed to market and create new conditions to our customers.
I've created a tool for Directors/board member to visualize the complexity of the organization and the relationships between
