- Resource Forecasting & Management
- KPI Reporting
- Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Line Manager for PM

◦ Online post-project & BAU review process
◦ Online Management Dashboards & automated reporting
◦ Creating training documentation for all of the above
- Implementation of a new Ticketing & Membership system to replace the existing online sales of c.£20m in annual ticket sales and back-end management of c.£10m Membership subscriptions. The implementation of this system to replace the existing solution was the biggest business transformation project the Club had seen in many years and, as a result, overcoming resistance to change was one of the biggest issues we faced.

PROJECT MANAGER
JAMES HAY PARTNERSHIP.
Outline
James Hay Partnership is a provider of financial services products in the UK. During my short time at James Hay, I worked in their IT development department, managing the development of their software products.
I ended my employment at James Hay within the 6-month probationary period as I found the culture to be limiting. I strongly feel that the company and I were not a good fit for one another and, ultimately, could not see myself staying in a position that lacked autonomy and was heavily micro-managed.
