Rewind 70's & 80's Bar.
I started with Rewind as a glass collector. I have since worked my way up to being part of the bar team and again to assistant manager. Throughout my training I feel that I have gained skills in customer service whilst dealing with customers on a face to face value. I have also gained experience with in HR as I have been appointed to look after recruitment, staff retention, disciplinaries, staff scheduling and the holiday procedure. I undertake a weekly stock management process where I have to account for all stocks present and take action where necessary. I also work behind the bar when required and have experience with cash handling.
