Joined RedLaw as Head of Operations to play an integral role in the growth of the business, take
ownership of all day to day operations and manage the BOH support team. A hugely collaborative role
supporting all divisions strategically, reporting to the Board, and working directly with the company
owners to achieve key business objectives.
Key responsibilities
● Human Resources: talent acquisition, payroll and employee benefits management, issuing
contracts and paperwork, on-boarding, people management, training/coaching, staff welfare
and retention;
● Finance and accounting: managing and setting budgets, reviewing management accounts,
invoicing clients and processing payment runs (Xero), credit control, management of the external accounting function;
● Ensuring a high standard of back office support and administrative function, office and facilities management;
● Policies, processes and compliance (e.g. GDPR, insurances, health & safety, employee handbooks)
