• Manage a portfolio of clients with revenues in excess of US$10M in the tourism and construction
industry, providing customized financing solutions to meet their various needs

• During the last financial year, participated in a syndicated deal for the construction of a hotel in Grenada by one of the largest regional hotel chains to the tune of US$10M. This was co-funded by a
regional bank.
• Wrote and had approved the first Euro funded loan facility for one of the largest construction
companies in Jamaica which saw them fulfilling an EU funded government contract for the renovation of hospitals across the island.
• For the last financial year, my targets were deposit growth of J$1.6B (met at 110%), loan growth
target of J$1.44B (achieved 98%), self-originated loans of J$1.6B (met 100%) and profitability target of J$450M of which 100% was achieved
