● Aged Debt Report (SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
Tasked with replacing the existing solution which was slow, complex and contained data issues,
began by gathering requirements. Created a new report which handled many complexities in a
far simpler way than the pre-existing solution. Integrated a feed from SharePoint list for manual
exceptions. Resulted in pre-processing time reducing from an hour to 2 minutes.
● Brexit Changes (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
Analysed full set of existing reports to identify changes required for new EU business structure.
Designed and developed the necessary changes across database, end user reports and SSAS
cube. Developed validation processes to identify potential user entry errors.
● Consolidation of SSIS packages and Reports (SSIS, SSRS)
Replaced a group of 10-20 feeds with a single table feed and re-wrote reports to use it. Analysed
measures and dimensionality and added fields to pre-existing table to use it as a single source.
Other Responsibilities:
● Analysed and documented pre-existing database structures and complex legacy data flows
● Monthly creation & reconciliation of Lloyds submission. Liaised with business to verify anomalies

Collaborated closely with client to iteratively and experimentally explore the potential cost
inefficiencies of promotional packaging. Developed SQL procedures to proportionately allocate
aggregate repackaging costs down to SKU level and to individual retail customers. Delivered
solution which identified specific product and customer combinations where these promotional
investments worth millions of Euros were not delivering financial returns.
● Unilever - Supplier Intelligence Portal (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SAP BODS, Azure IaaS)
Long term multi-phase project which I worked on over 3 years. Initially carried out development
(SQL, SSRS) and testing on system which provides suppliers with insights into their performance.
In the subsequent phase, was involved in architecting and designing the migration to Azure.
Later took on project management and technical lead roles as the system expanded globally and grew in its functionality and scope of data. Used Kimball approach to bring in data from several
new sources, and to create feeds for other new downstream systems.
● Lloyds Banking Group - Corporate Banking MI System Support (SQL, SSAS, DTS)
Technical system support and data services for a data warehouse with ~100 feeds, which
provides analysis tools for corporate relationship managers. Monthly reporting validation and publication, as well as working closely with business representatives for ad-hoc support.
Other Responsibilities:
● Training - Trained new recruits on SSRS, SharePoint and TFS.
● Marketing - Presented on Azure solutions at a seminar, and delivered 5 webinars/workshops
● Sales - Estimated project costs and helped shape sales proposals
