I love the outcome of a work I do or contribute to do: I particularly care about addressing sustainability and inequality.

I like to do it by making best use of technology and of empathy to value each other qualities, helpful in team management and in negotiation.

I am specialised in innovation management and pursued an holistic background in user experience, sustainability studies, quantitative analytics.
I developed hands-on skills for prototyping and lean management to iterate products from inception to market, and having co-founded and led a startup for 5 years has been a great school in this regards. Some projects related to digitalisation and stakeholder management in the international development sector; co-founding and consulting tech startups; launching new products that were featured in Q1 and achieved international recognition, that I used to procure growth opportunities for my team, like funding.

Technically, I carved an edge in graph analytics and products leveraging on network science, like knowledge graphs, machine learning to analyse supply chains, data-visualisations to map and navigate knowledge landscapes, and am particularly good in making tech easy to use also for non-technical people: in this regards, I can well help to lead product or to coordinate programs for engaging decision makers and civil society, like in NGO and philanthropic proposals.

People compliments for my ethics and being vocal on the importance to map sustainability in the business, also with regards to how people are treated. In this regards, I hold a track of records as finalist at global innovation challenges, where I shared novel concepts for making best use of technology and business processes, and was pro-active to help in aligning individual expectations with working expectations (something also called OKRs).
