I am Alison, a results-driven, visionary, and resourceful Art Director currently based in East London.
I successfully translate desired moods, messages, concepts, and underdeveloped ideas into reality.

With proven experience of working in and contributing to a creative environment alongside copywriters, designers, developers, and photographers, I possess the ability to see the 'big picture', while continually develop new and inspiring approaches to briefs.

Here below few things about me:

1| I have a BA degree in Industrial Design, followed by 8+ years as a professional Creative Designer/Art Director, including 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role. Currently attending my second year at Central Saint Martins to obtain the prestigious MA in Applied Imagination for the Creative Industries (former Design Studies).

2| I am highly creative with the ability to generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with copywriters and others creatives.

3| I do have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and the latest wire-framing tools; ability to produce sketches, art layouts, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.

4| I have hands-on experience with branding at 360° - including logo design, typography, color schemes, web layout design, print production, image manipulation, and motion design.

5| I love to deliver high-quality work from concept to final execution within deadlines and budgets and I am always keen to work overtime, when necessary, to complete time-sensitive projects.

6| I am a leader as well as a team player - with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions and feedback.

7| I love to keep up-to-date, understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, best practices, and target audience, with a strong interest in social and cultural trends and comms.
