My name is Jaya nisanth Reddy Martala, and I am from Hyderabad one of the cities in southern India.


Since childhood, I am fascinated with omputers because my father has a Post-production business with mainly works with the computer, so it admires operating computers. But my low credit score on 10 th standard I didn't do the maths subject in Intermediate and continue with the science subject while doing. Intermediate didn't clear my science subject in two years. While on the main examination, I am suffering from a high fever, didn't clear my subject to cover up that academic year pursue Diploma in Food and Beverage Service by 10 th standard for one year.



Later pursued my Undergraduate in Hotel Management, and after completing my M.S. in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University and clear my course due to my student visa expires mine is the first batch to remove the Post Study Visa (P.S.W.) when student visa expires flew to my motherland after struggling of eight months got a job in Hyderabad as a Cafe Coffee day Assistant Manager L2. Position, but am not happy with my career growth want to explore myself knew one of my colleagues in my city has said there is a direct placement for Abu Dhabi for hotels cleared that interview with flying colours and started working in Abu Dhabi for first eight months I am happy to work in that hotel. Still, I want to go back to the home country due to some financial issues, and it takes more than six months to clear and rather than going back to U.A.E.



I thought to want to do the job in Hyderabad, so started working in Hotel Katriya and completed my one year of work in that hotel one of my friends suggested me there is a vacancy in Macau in Hard Rock Cafe actually it’s one of my dream to work as a Professional Bartender flew to Macau with expectations after completing two months realised this bartender is not my cup of tea due to that did only six months contract job then return to India again.



I started looking for a job got the job as a Bar Captain though doing very good in performance in my job something is pinching inside of my heart to my change my department, before doing the job in the kitchen prefer to pursue the Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Academy of India while doing that course realised that I am not able to manage to work in the service industry, though I clear that course in a same academic year. However, I am very good at theory wise not in practical wise so think to want to change my stream on that time said my friend want to do the job in Computer-based job then one of my friends said he would give the reference to work in Information Technology after joining got to knew that first entering into the new stream you need to learn the basics of that stream and due to lack of basics I couldn't perform well so thought want to improve my Analytical skills.

In my account Trailhead so far earned badges 82 BADGES,106,975 Points. And and also certification from Copado in SALESFORCE CRM as a BASIC SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR,


Currently I am Pursuing MSc information Technology From university of West England Bristol but I am staying in Birmingham now I am looking to part time in IT industry or in Salesforce CRM as a Administrator these are all about my work experience
