An initiative created to engage more with their customer base.
Whilst working closely with the Art Director, I took responsibility for writing much of the in-store messaging, specifically for alcoholic beverages and world food sections.
My role involved conceptualising and writing hundreds of 'on-brand' short messages every day.
I created a style that adhered seamlessly with brand guidelines, whilst ensuring that humour played a role in creating customer-centric, informative messages.
