I was responsible for leading part of the hospitality accounts team managing 15 clients with an addressable levy of £4 million, for a designated region of Work Based Learning (WBL) provision. My role included working with clients to formulate a B2B and B2C marketing and engagement strategies to attract and retain learners.
My team and I achieved quarterly targets then launched, and project managed an apprenticeship service with JD Wetherspoon growing the number of learners from zero to over 600 apprentices over 6 months and created the opportunity to grow the account to 5,000 learners.
Clients include JD Wetherspoon, KFC, Domino's Pizza Group, Hallmark Hotels, Village Hotels, Cairn Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, LHM, Byron Burgers and Côte.
