Key achievements:
• After a successful migration of a new product I developed and maintained a migration MI pack.
• I developed a tactical process within strict project management guidelines to deliver formal data extracts that were provided to the ClickFox external supplier. This data was used to drive improvements within the IVR.
• Developed Collections Portfolio Core Metrics in both SAS and SQL Server giving access to the data to the local MI teams and non-technical users alike. I worked closely with technical and local MI teams to define the consistent measures. The data gathering included sourcing data from SAS datasets, Teradata, SQL Server and some excel files.
