In my role as Head of Digital I have been responsible for generating a digital b2c and b2b acquisition

At Ocado I was responsible for running the Digital Marketing team along with managing a multi-
million pound PPC budget.
As a result of my PPC optimisation, Ocado is seeing record levels (20% new customer acquisition) of YoY growth despite lower net spend than last year. I was also responsible for managing a tender
process to choose a bid automation partner which involved trials with DoubleClick and Kenshoo.
I have worked closely with the buying team and structured a work-flow where they are able to
suggest keywords and projects to the Digital Marketing team. This has been essential in helping us to gain search visibility in the areas in which our products are strongest.
As part of my work I have initiated an SEO program, which has involved a full audit of the site and prioritisation of the technical work resulting from this audit. I have also put together a workshop where key internal content stakeholders contributed to a digital content strategy.

display and content marketing, along with the conversion of that traffic into sales. I also worked on the PPC strategy with the head of PPC from the sister company Just-Eat, and I was able to improve
non branded CPA from £27 to £9 whilst increasing conversion volume by at least 10% YoY each
month.
During my time at the company I implemented an on-site and off-site SEO content strategy. I initially

and that significant volumes of organic traffic were needed to address this. As a result of
