Omnitech Engineering is a Rajkot (Gujarat) based manufacturing and exporting precision and quality turned parts and machined parts to global customers like in Germany and USA.

• Designation Tooling Executive & Purchaser.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and managing the tooling department including tooling store and purchase of tooling as well.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for purchasing of manufacturing
tools.
• Analyse vendor quotations and select products from supplier based on price
and quality.
• Reviewed engineering and purchase specification for accuracy so purchase
orders quantities and parts specification were accurate and reduce purchasing
errors.
• Improved supplier relationship through good communication including plant
visits, phone calls, meeting which eventually help to reduce lead time and lower
cost as well.
• Purchase all types of tools which require in manufacturing process in different
operations.
• Make Purchase order with best price including negotiation and comparison with many suppliers' prices.
