job
Content strategist
DARE.
During my time at DARE I worked with a key Midlands-based client, Wesleyan Assurance Society, on a large-scale digital transformation project. As head of a stream of work called 'Test and learn', my role was to act as the communications expert, identifying challenges affecting Wesleyan customers that digital content could address.
In partnership with a UX designer, I helped create innovative digital solutions to complex problems as part of a continuous improvement cycle. All content was designed in line with gov.uk standards and informed by extensive user research.

job
Senior editor
Zone.
On behalf of Zone I worked with Coca-Cola GB and Ireland as editor of their corporate websites and Twitter feed.
As the head of a small team I created, reviewed and managed the publication of digital content designed to help build 'brand love' for Coca-Cola, provide information on its products and help to underline key messages around the company's corporate social responsibility policies.
I worked closely with the client and its other agencies to create an overarching content strategy that reflected Coca-Cola's local and global priorities, ambitions and challenges. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with Coca-Cola in the run up to the brand's sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic Games, which provided fantastic opportunities for the creation of exciting, timely new content such as our Olympic Torch Relay video series and fun Facebook newspaper game.
