● Providing 1st line support to internal users.
● Moving hardware equipment from site to another and installing them such as printers and desktops.
● Desktop OS installation and configurations both locally and domain joined.
● An extensive network troubleshooting such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and trace RT.
● Maintaining client servers, varies roles and applications to make sure all-time security accessibility.
● Auditing and hardware maintenance / troubleshooting.
● Supporting varies windows environments both server and desktop end users (Server 2008. 2012, Windows 7, 8 and 10).
● Deploying and implementing o365 from migration to end user roll out (Including Azure AD, Intune and Teams).
● Installing and provisioning 2FA on phones for 2nd layer security.
● Supporting varies file storing/sharing platforms such one drive, share fine and work site.
● Providing daily support to users with VPN/RDP, Citrixs desktops and Microsoft virtual desktop issues.
● Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
● Going out to different sites to perform checklist for small companies such as schools, mainly installing phones and patching network cables across the building.
● Taking calls and logging tickets for internal users mainly using spreadsheet and escalating anything that needs further attention.
