R3 ECC 6.0 Implementation has been carried down in two phases by an Implementation partner
"ABACUS Consulting". Throughout the project, I have been involved in doing integration of and handling issues of all functional modules being implemented i.e. FI, CO, FM, MM, PS and HCM.
- To help client in gathering Business Requirements of FI-FM modules and make these
requirements part of Business Blueprint (BBP).
- Make sure all business requirements are clearly defined and their appropriate solutions are
defined in BBP.
- Review the Realization of FICO & FM modules and make sure that all requirements defined in MoMs and BBP are configured in SAP Development system (DEV).
- Verify configuration by practically running all scenarios on Quality Assurance Servers (QAS) and Pre-PPRD testing servers.
- Re-test all scenarios along with client power users during unit testing in order to bring client
users in comfort zone.
- Conducting End User testing (EUT) phase with designated users. Composing EUT manuals and simulations for each process tested in EUT as per BPML.
- Carried on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Process Owners (BPOs). UAT scripts
signed off with positive feedback.
