Key Achievements
• Project Manager for the UK role out of a new purchase order system (DPO) an online cloud based
solution which included stakeholder analysis, costing, vendor selection, negotiation and implementation and testing. Phased the rollout over 8 weeks across multiple Companies,
departments within the UK and Germany. Trained core users and drafted policy and procedure
document.
• Supported rollout of DPO to US based sister companies.
• Within 3-month probation period actively sought new areas to streamline purchasing and other
processes for Foundry 42, including the role out of interfaces to improve transactional input
turnaround. Saved 1 day per month on Payroll, 2-3 hrs per day on PO processing. Fully outsourced
Payroll functions by September 2016 due to continued growth in headcount.
• Simplified and timetabled numerous accounting processes from Credit card reconciliations, Payroll,
bank reconciliations and reporting to deliver accurate figures for weekly and monthly reporting.
Transitioned 2015 accounts from a cash to accruals basis. Introduced 10 day soft close month end
and fully reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
• Brought VAT reporting within HMRC deadline dates as well as introducing new VAT MOSS into

• Revised COA Structure to align with US and to enable easier consolidation into group accounts and improved reporting
• Introduced the budget and forecast data into QuickBooks online to enable analysis of actuals vs
Forecast/budget.
